What is the return & exchange policy?

Here, at D' Souled Sisters Studio, we do not offer a return and exchange policy, in normal circumstances.

Items are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retain their original tags. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. All refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 15 working days to be completed.

If a shipment is received in a torn or damaged condition, customers may refuse delivery and are requested to contact our support team immediately for further assistance.

In the event that an incomplete product is received, customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the shipment to enable investigation and resolution.

In the case of a defective product, clear parcel-opening videos or photographs must be provided.

Please note: All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
